MAS AL-AHROM, Demak — The Demak District Police, through the Demak Police BINMAS Unit (BINREDAWAN), conducted socialization of the adaptation of new habits to teachers and education personnel at Madrasah Aliyah AL-AHROM Karangsari on Thursday, August 13, 2020. The Police, in this case, is the acceleration task force team. The handling of covid-19 in the region positioned itself as a law enforcement officer and became a supervisor of community discipline, often socializing about handling covid-19 in the Demak Regency area.
The Head of Public Relations of the Demak District Police said that this activity was part of a socialization action (visit) by the Demak Police BINMAS Unit members. This Socialization is also a tangible manifestation of the police presence in the community, especially in education, to be precise at MA AL-AHROM Karangsari. Police personnel conveyed about health protocols in adopting new habits during the COVID-19 pandemic. Discipline counseling activities in this health protocol include:
- Wash hands before and after doing activities/activities,
- Wear a mask during the Covid-19 outbreak,
- Keep your distance for a while during the outbreak,
- Just stay at home for those of you who still feel sick with fever,
- Get used to living clean.
The first thing is to check that all madrasa residents, teachers, and education staff understand and implement health protocols according to protocols. Therefore, it is necessary to coordinate and socialize on an ongoing basis so that Task Force Covid-19 can apply these rules in the madrasa environment. Furthermore, the Head of the BINMAS Unit of the Demak Police in the area must check every social sector of the community so that the health protocol is consistently implemented.
The police requested that madrasas have high confidence and remain productive in carrying out the teaching process. The Deputy Head of Curriculum continued optimism and enthusiasm for work could be used as a blessing from the Covid-19 disaster for madrasa students. We maximize as much as we can to get lessons from the non-natural disaster Covid-19 by making innovations and creativity in teaching and learning activities.
One form of wisdom and blessing that we can get from this disaster is the acceleration of the transfer of learning from conventional systems, which are generally face-to-face to digital (online) as the correct answer, said Fatkul Mansyah, S.T. He explained that education through virtual and face-to-face alternatives is currently considered an innovation process so that learning does not stop, and it also teaches students to use their smartphones to educate and explore the talents of each student.
