Coordination Meeting on Learning Preparation of MA AL AHROM In The Period of Adaptation of New Habits
MA AL AHROM, Demak – Head of Madrasah Aliyah AL AHROM Karangsari Muhammad Najib, S.Pd.I, held a coordination meeting for the teaching learning process Monday, August 31, 2020. This coordination meeting aims to plan the implementation of teaching learning activities for teachers and students in order to adjust to the government program, namely
Adaptation of New Habits which in the last week has been socialized directly by the Demak District Police Department. This plan is expected to be to adjust the work program in 2020/2021 during the learning activities of New Habit Adaptation.
This meeting was attended by all school officials such as; Madrasah Headmaster, Deputy Head of Madrasah, Teacher and Assistant Educator. On this occasion Muhammad Najib, S.Pd.I gave some quick orders to prepare madrasah work program, among others the points are:
- Planning Students Organization OSIS (Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah) and Scout Organizations activities for the year 2020/2021
- Extra Curricular Planning of Madrasah 2020/2021
- Organizational Structure of Each Class
Furthermore, Deputy Head of Student Ahmad Mubarok, S.Pd conveyed about physical and spiritual readiness, students and teachers should be prepared, this is useful so that there will be no information that occurs between the protégé and the teacher. This coordination meeting also discussed mainly learning methods implemented in the time of adaptation of this new habit.
Anticipating the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, learning in 2020/2021 will already use a face-to-face strategy so that MA AL AHROM Karangsari will later prepare various strategies, scenarios, media and appropriate methods. So that students can learn and remain fulfilled their rights. “I have also prepared a new schedule that will be used tomorrow during the 2020/2021 school year during the New Adaptation Period, and hopefully this new schedule will be adhered to by all components in Madrasah including students, students, and education personnel” continued Deputy Head of Curriculum Fatkul Mansyah, S.T.
The end of today’s meeting “Hopefully for our students there will be special guidance also face-to-face with the guidance to health protocols such as dividing one class into two or three rooms so as to allow the students not to get too close during the teaching learning process for each meeting which is usually one class of 30 students then later into 10 or 15 students, most importantly using masks , keep your distance and wash your hands and do body temperature checks before entering the room by The Covid 19 Health Protocol Group Team” said Madrasah Headmaster Aliyah AL AHROM.
